Are You A Pharmacist Or Medical Professional Looking To Secure Finance For An Upcoming Property Purchase?

You may not know it yet, but certain lenders are willing to reward you for your qualifications with many preferential benefits, including:

  • Deeper discounts off the standard variable rate than are typically offered to non-professionals…
  • The ability to borrow up to 90% of your home or investment property’s value with NO Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) requirement (which can save your anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000)…
  • Fast, streamlined home loan approval, conducted over phone or email…

In other words, there’s a good chance that you can:

  • Speed up the loan approval process
  • Eliminate costly upfront fees
  • And save on interest for the life of your loan

It’s important to note though, due to the specialist nature of these loans, these benefits are not available through most mortgage brokers.

Professional Home Loans is one of only a small handful of brokers currently authorised by lenders to offer these preferential home loans to recognised professionals.

Why Some Banks Waive Fees & Drop Rates For Pharmacists & Medical Professionals

LMI is designed to protect the lender against the possibility of default by its mortgage customers.

However, some lenders have realised the chance of you, as a professionally qualified and respected practicing pharmacist, defaulting is very low. Because of this, these banks are prepared to consider waiving the LMI premiums.

What It looks like in practice:
You could top up your existing home loan to 90% and pay no LMI. This would release surplus funds that you can then use to fund the 10% deposit plus costs on a new investment (or owner occupied) property.

Providing the total transaction amount is below $2 million, you’ll have no LMI to pay. Not only that, we can source loan products specifically designed for pharmacists.

These include standard variable mortgages with package discounts, and fixed rate offers with features such as offset accounts and redraw.

Who Qualifies For These Benefits?

Pharmacists who demonstrate that they meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You’ll need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Your property purchase must be either owner occupied or for investment purposes
  • The maximum loan amount is $2 million

What if I don’t meet these criteria?

Don’t despair. It’s likely we’ll still be able to help you. We may still be able to arrange a home loan up to 85% with no LMI premium payable.

Professional Home Loans Is One Of Only A Select Few Mortgage Brokers Who Can Help You Access These Benefits
